Susan Scarola - Judge 2010 DCH Temecula's Got Talent
Susan Scarola is the President and Chief Executive Officer of DCH Auto Group (USA) Inc. She joined DCH in 1985. Before receiving this promotion she worked directly with Shau-wai Lam, Chairman of DCH, on many significant projects and, as a senior member of DCH's Executive Committee and Dealership Operations Board.
Her leadership skills were instrumental in the development and implementation of the company's internal branding strategy: The DCH Way. This strategy is built upon the company's core values of doing business with honesty, integrity and the highest ethical standards. Currently, Susan is leading the company's endeavor in executing an external cause branding program in an effort to help eradicate teen driving related tragedies. Keep It Out of Cars is a DCH Auto Group exclusive, long-term, teen-directed, driving-safety community outreach campaign to work with middle and high school students to promote good driving behaviors. Under Susan's leadership and vision, DCH has made a commitment to bring the values of The DCH Way to the community through Keep It Out of Cars and DCH's exclusive sponsorship of SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions).
Susan was born in Brooklyn, NY, but was raised on Long Island. She grew up in a house where no one could sing or dance but they all did anyway. On those rare days when she had the stereo and TV room to herself, she would pretend she was on stage and sing and dance until her heart's content. Susan can't always remember things of importance but ask her the words to a 1960's Broadway musical and she will spring into action. She says, music and dance are still one sure cure to the blues; there are no sour notes and she knows that stardom is in her own heart.
